About receiving details
Dear customer, because the lamps are fragile products, in a few cases, they are damaged because the logistics is too violent, please open the package before signing for a detailed inspection, if you find damage, please refuse to sign for, and ask the logistics carrier to issue a "proof of damage", and then provide our damaged product pictures, keep the outer packaging of the products, and contact us in time to deal with;

About delivery and shipping time
After payment, if in stock, we will ship within 2 days after the inspection test. If the product is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped within 7 days.
